These 2 INCREDIBLY COMMON MISTAKES will sabotage your weight loss from either injury or burn out.

If you are an elite athlete, these rules change a bit under the supervision of a well trained strength coach, but for everyone else this is a pretty hard and fast rule.

You do NOT want to deal with an injury (they can be very expensive to fix by a Physical Therapist or Surgeon) nor do you want to disrupt the progress you have already made from your effort.

Again, the fastest way to lose weight is to continue your weight training exercise program and healthy eating by preventing setbacks like injury and burnout.
